A little chilly. A lot snowy. 130-160% of normal in the lowlands. Wet early with precip trending closer to normal later. I don’t think we will see the endless storm train we have sometimes seen during strong Niñas. I doubt the Niña exceeds the moderate threshold. There is just too much warmth in the pacific overall right now.
