Very similar to Burke Mountain. I wonder how much rain Westwood Plateau got? A bit higher in elevation so I assume a bit more.

Re: September 2020 Forecasts and Discussions
The totals I've been posting are from the burke mountain area. The rain gauge is located at the intersection of Coast Meridian and Harper road... elevation is about 200m.
And yes, safe to assume the higher elevations of Westwood plateau got even more rain over the last few days. I believe the highest elevation of the area (where people live) is roughly 365m.

Alright Atmospheric River aside, lets have one more taste of summer before we prepare for a December 1996 and January 1954 redux.Typeing3 wrote: ↑Fri Sep 25, 2020 5:22 pm The totals I've been posting are from the burke mountain area. Re: September 2020 Forecasts and Discussions
They had a high streamflow advisory up for the North Shore and Coquitlam but a 3 day total of 5 inches or so is pretty run-of-the-mill for those areas but still pretty impressive for September. Cliff Mass was mentioning areas in Washington state near Mt Sr Helens and the SW olympics as well as parts of Oregon have storm totals around 200mm (7-8 inches) and counting. They are worried about debris flows in the fire zones. One extreme to the next.
