Re: September 2020 Forecasts and Discussions
Radar looks insane over Metro Vancouver. I wonder if and when it will spread to Abbotsford. It's really windy here.
I'm at 27.1 mm so far for today.

I'm getting very heavy rain and its windy too.
Looks like a big band of heavy rain. But it also looks like its fast moving and nothing in behind it.

Re: September 2020 Forecasts and Discussions
The severe thunderstorm watch was a bust. Not a single rumble here and the rain was much more intense this morning than it was this evening. Too be expected I guess.

Re: September 2020 Forecasts and Discussions
Not sure why they just didn't have a risk of thundershowers and leave it at that. There was no need for a 'severe' thunderstorm watch with large hail and damaging winds a possibility.

Re: September 2020 Forecasts and Discussions
None of those storms have survived the mountainous terrain so far. They have been getting shedded apart as they come onshore. Having said that. There must be a pretty good light show on the SW coast of the island right now. Very active looking
