Very smoky in the past hour. Can’t see the North Shore mountains Thought we’d miss it this year, but no luck.

Crazy, was that on Twitter? Hope to have you back!Glacier wrote: ↑Tue Sep 08, 2020 11:03 am Very cold this morning! Almost down to zero in some parts of the Okanagan (a friend down the hill from me was at +0.4 this morning).
Also, -8C in Saskatchewan! Lots of record cold in that province today.
P.S. I will be taking a break from being online until at least October. I posted something online that shouldn't have doing an experiment for a stupid blog post idea, but it was taken as a threat to someone, so I used my own name to apologize, which then lead to me getting threatening phone calls at 2:30 am, yadda, yadda. So anyway, I've kind of had to shut my online presence down for a while. I'll be back someday. Catch you all later.

Same here in east coquitlam. It's pretty much all ground level stuff which is even worse.

Smoke clearing here now. Smell is gone and can once again see the mountains in the distance towards the valley.

Air quality in Bellingham is truly vile this afternoon. Was pretty good about 30 km to the east a bit earlier this afternoon, then I drove into the gunk on the way home.
It's called clown range for a reason.

Still smoky here. I really hope it clears out tonight/tomorrow.
It always snows in December in the Kootenays

I can just hang the brined salmon outside then? Save on alder chips.

Pretty crazy situation down south in Oregon. Fires raging on both sides of the mountains and choking the willamette valley and coast in smoke.

I know people who live and work at Breitenbush Hot Springs, in the fire zone, and it doesn’t sound very good for them at all.Typeing3 wrote: ↑Wed Sep 09, 2020 9:21 am Pretty crazy situation down south in Oregon.
