True... it was my least sunny June since 2013. I received 28 fewer hours of sunshine compared to my average for June. Although that doesn't sound like a lot, think of it like two full days of sun.

However, we should keep in mind that June is typically less sunny than May. 2015 and 2019 were exceptions to that rule.

In terms of the daily highs, this past June was the coldest in 8 years.
