For me, the summer of 2018 was perfect! 8-)
I want it sunny, warm and dry.

For the upcoming days, heat is still in sight...

Anyone going to eat out at a restaurant or waiting? think l'll wait as much as l miss Boston pizza nachos.
A little birdie told me (chilliwack hospital employee) that there has only been 1 covid19 case in total for Chilliwack . So no worries, you and John have got it made in the shade.

Yes, but I didn't say I wanted smoke; only a warm and dry summer.

Agreed. Last summer was far too cloudy with persistent showers in June and July. I don't think we even went 14 days in a row without precip which is quite a rare feat for summer around these parts.

AC really isn't a need in our climate. Until 20C+ nights become common, I'll stick to open windows and table fans.

Yes, my parents were here in July and we got bad weather (cool, cloudy and rainy). August was slightly better.

Absolutely. In the eastern part of North America, where air is humid, you need AC. Not west of the Rockies.

Yeah, that mid June thru mid July stretch especially was very unsummerlike. Persistently cool, cloudy and showery. Brought back memories of 2011.

But you really don't want to open the windows and let the hot air in if it gets over 27°or so, unless you're like my wife and want fresh air at all costs no matter the temperature,
