A collapse to me would be a dramatic increase in temps. Sure they warmed slightly, but the 12z ensembles still show about a week of below normal temps. I’m sure they will continue to fluctuate with each run.

If there is ever a more Northwest weather kind of day, I'd like to see it. 37 degrees (3 degrees for the friends North) and drizzle to light rain. Just that wet, bone chilling cold rain.

Here's a surprising stat for everyone...With 45.4cm of snow thus far in 2020, this is now officially the snowiest year since 2008 at YVR.

Just goes to show how pathetic the 2010s were for snowfall around these parts. :lol:

Checked AF. A mild S wind component on the ECMWF warms us up to +20C with some foothill snow. Thereafter we are bone dry with +50F sun and winter ends.

Thats what it sounds like.
