Now they pollute the environment too much to keep the roads clear. Sad..but a necessity I suppose for all the useless drivers out there
:damn: :damn: :dunno: :gunner:
Yep we skiied and tobogganed down the steep hills as a kids on the Nshore.
Mini van was stuck down a hill here last week and tried to get back up ( its a one way street) he took his car mats out and put them in front of his front tires! Just slid all over the place and nearly missed all the parked cars, I couldn't watch. Saw the Van was eventually abandoned and a smart car was left at the bottom of the hill too. The carnage happens every year!

Feb 2019 snowfall stats.
Shawnigan Lake: 73.6cm
Victoria: 68.3cm
Seattle: 51.3cm
Abbotsford: 50.1cm
Vancouver: 31.2cm

Both Victoria and Seattle way ahead of Vancouver. Pretty pathetic.

18z GFS has Monday's low way south into Oregon. Lots of snow for Portland.

Guess this just isn't Vancouver's winter.

I don't drive out there, unless I absolutely have to, when it's like this! I've seen too many idiots out there on the roads when it snows.. want to keep my car insurance rate low as I can! Can't say everyone else cares about that though!! :trailer:

Lmao!!! City standing truck drives by just now..as roads are bare from previous plow..to plow roads with 1/2" of slop in side parking spot areas..and spreading sand and salt on roads?
There goes tax payers money down the drain yet again.
Enjoy paying more every year buttees
