The 7th annual snowfall contest is canceled due to no snow this winter.

March 2002 was crazy cold. We had a foot on the ground with a sub freezing high around the 20th

It's sunny here. Barely a cloud in the sky

There was a year around 2002/03/04 where there was a big snow in Vancouver right around March break. Could be that one?

Unlike most March snow events, it wasn't just restricted to higher elevations either. Pitt Meadows got 20cm over two days on the 18/19th.

Yes that would be the year. 2007 I was gone from there. And yes it was a great month. Surprising to get that much snow in one night that late in the year.
The perfect storm :congrats:
January 2025 incoming..looks like more Pineapples..Happy New Year!

For the first time I have ever lived here there are road crews ploughing and salting the hilly side streets including a john deer tractor out there! Wow!! 🚜 Unbelievable!! :ledance: :jumpjoy:

Unlike the winter we had three years back when we had icy streets for weeks and no garbage pick up for 6 weeks!
