Sorry to hear that Snowedunder at last, too much egg grog before skiing will do that. Try century old fruit cake that'll hold things together. I see flurries are the forecast mid week for the fraser valley.

6:20 drive from home.
Sorry to hear father Goose after such a long trip you were car jacked near the end by the snow no question about it.
Nice to see how well the local ski hills are doing and perfect timing for the Christmas break this makes or break their season up there.

Nice not that far a walk.
Seriously not a bad elevation is it about a 45 min. drive up to the lake from here?

LOOK AHEAD -- LOW POTENTIAL FOR CHRISTMAS SYSTEM
After a very active and unsettled week, the coastal rain and alpine snow will gradually diminish by Saturday, though with still some difficult travel expected through the mountain passes.

Forecasters are also closely watching the South Coast late Christmas Eve and Christmas Day for a slight potential for another system to arrive.

"If we do get some unsettled weather during this time, snow levels would be rather low with some mixing possible into the higher elevations of the Lower Mainland," says meteorologist Dr. Doug Gillham.

That TWN winter outlook looks like a re hash of their winter forecast from October. Must be Christmas break back there.

My mistake with all this rain l couldn't tell if it was a creek or a lake Gumps.
On another note l wonder if Ms. Creeker is over flowing with joy this special time of the year.
