It's quite ridiculous how resilient the pattern has been. Troughing offshore with brief periods of amplification to give us a short break with a near steady vortex over Hudson Bay bringing more cold and snow to the Great Lakes. Still no signs of any extended warm and dry weather on the horizon for much of the country.

The one good news is the alpine snowpack is very healthy when it seemed like we would see a major melt a few weeks ago.

Great Neetzz l think l will join #team Bones to get my fix of cold gloomy depressing weather. :D since it never snowed much out here in the central valley desert. :x
