Euro with a textbook El Nino pattern.

East remains in the icebox until early February. Ridge becomes a permanent feature over the West Coast.

I'm not sure A I Canada doesn't really have criteria for much l notice it's all computer generated and there's no guidelines like in the past.l mean they issue snow warnings for flurries and weird warnings for the Sunshine Coast.
