Vintage Glace! I don’t recall the Shoppers Drug Mart ad it's probably for the best.
In Dec. 1974, Gary Smith sported Canuck logos on his Cooper blocker (the stickers went away when he switched to a new Wilson blocker the next month).

That month, Smitty starred in a Shoppers Drug Mart ad, which prominently featured the sticker-festooned blocker.

Co-starring in the ad was Olympic figure skater Karen Magnussen, who had given some skating pointers to the first-season Canucks in 1971. Magnussen took Smitty by surprise in the ad, firing an unexpected shot at the net. "Hey Karen!!"

Magnussen's grinning response? "I love Life!!!!" (er Life Brand, that is).
