The GFS was showing cooler trends but has fortunately come around to more mildish rains after next weekend. I saw fortunately because I know many on here enjoy +11C and light rain.

Wait, so not getting an arctic blast on the first day of december doesn't automatically cancel winter? One of these years we should remember this.. :P

If it can't get cold and snow just yet, I'll take more days like yesterday... please and thank you.

The force of the :dancepine: seems strong this year. #2ndhalfofDEC is in jeopardy, but I'm not giving up hope!

This forum has become a depressing place. I'll still come for the models, and analysis, but the constant needling, I dont think we need. IMO

This is typical of a Nina-ish winter which is backloaded in the JFM period. You are setting yourself up for disappointment if you are looking for snow and cold in the models right now.

:dancepine: is on the menu for another 2 weeks. May as well enjoy the inversion now.

This might be the thickest fog of the year that I was driving through today in Langley/Surrey. I was wanting to go on a run this evening but I feel it's too risky.
