Once again Jr Man media hype and unfortunately Global was the front runner.
It's currently 27c @ the fish pond in south Sardis warmer than yesterday.
Would you rather the media say nothing and then be shocked when something happens?

Then I don't get the anger at it being "hyped"

Not anger Mr. Oven l just found Kristi Gordon was getting overly excited over it.
And then tonight was barely a mention of it.

Here it comes! At least it dissipates throughout the day. Comes in overnight. Time shown is local time.

Fairly hazy/smokey out there. Nothing at ground level though as there's no smell.

That may be true, but this weather is garbage.

Forest fire just started about 30 minutes from me at Port Mellon. Scary.
Smoke moved in today, it was here before the fire started. Air quality running around 60.

Anyone know when we can expect the winds to change and blow the smoke away?
Sat outside for a few minutes and saw one faint Perseid meteor. The smoke isn't helping, another reason to hope it goes soon.
