As much as I hate to say it, it's been a great run.

We can only hope to see a map like this at the start of July every year moving forwards. Will be interesting to see what this looks like a week today :wtf:

Apart from the exceptional June 2021 heatwave, YVR is typically the chilly outlier in our region due to its proximity to the ocean. :thumbup:

Looks like YVR has been dethroned by White Rock, at least for today. Fairly decent breeze this afternoon/evening.

Yes, I know... it was still a huge outlier during the June 2021 heatwave too with East Van pushing 40c despite YVR struggling to top 32c.

It definitely felt toasty warm today. We have been using our back yard quite a bit this Summer. We have a nice shady spot so that even during the hot afternoon, it feels slightly cooler in that one area.

Yes and imagine being alive for the coldest in December 68 at YVR -18c and January 69 when supposedly Pitt Meadows hit -23c John, skipper Grumpers and myself were. :D :clap: :wave:
