I had some asshat burning in his back yard 2 houses down at 11:30pm tonight, smelled like the house was on fire, smoke was nasty. Called the fire department on his ass. Why are you burning in the back yard at that time in a subdivision. It was NOT a BBQ, the whole area was saturated in smoke.
