Funny how two games ago they said the oilers looked tired, and now they say the Stars look tired,lol. Edmonton looks like a well oiled machine atm. Don't need great goaltending when the other team can't get the puck or get shots on goal.

Yes l heard that comment as well skipper Gimps. l guess it all depends on which tin foil hat your wearing.

I know Gummpers is dry heaving at this point. Although I was born near Edmonton (Wetaskiwin), I’ve only lived about three years in Alberta. As a kid I spent many hours playing road hockey with my maternal grandfather from when I was ages 5-12. Hearing Bob Cole’s voice, Don Cherry, and the old Hockey Night In Canada remind me of the games I watched with him. Here’s a picture from either 1984 or 1985. He was a fan of the Gretzky era. Naturally that rubbed off on me. He passed away at the age of 66 from prostate cancer when I was 18. When the Oilers tied it Friday it hit me that he would be enjoying this so much. I’m teary tonight dwelling on that.
