The whining of McDavid and Draisaitl from early in the year is just one of many reasons for not rooting for them. I think the biggest difference in this series was Bouchard outplaying Hughes by a big margin.

McDavid is the biggest crybaby I've ever seen. Watch the L.A. series; he was crying for every call. Then he continued his whining to the refs all Vancouver series. I've never seen a player cry so much. Crosby comes to mind, but he was never that bad. Edmonton fans think it's normal, but a superstar stud shouldn't be diving for calls and always in the ref's face for normal plays.

The Canucks 3rd string goalie is still better than the Oil's #1. That's just a simple fact. Edmonton is a great team, but they will never win the cup without a solid #1 goalie.

Oh, crap, I've been busy and haven't been able to check on the forums.
My picks were Oilers in 7 and Panthers in 6

Panthers win the cup in 5 (prediction made before start of the playoffs, but subject to change depending on results of the above).

EDIT: Nope, I just remembered, it was only after the first round I went with the Panthers because I wrongly predicted they'd lose round 1.

Explained the points system after 1st round, several pages ago(page 157). Basically 10 pts for a perfect score/prediction, then if you still picked the correct team deduct 1 pt for every game you're off by. And of course 0 for incorrect team. Fairly simple. Last round you received two zeros, 10 for Florida and 9 for Rangers.

Funny how two games ago they said the oilers looked tired, and now they say the Stars look tired,lol. Edmonton looks like a well oiled machine atm. Don't need great goaltending when the other team can't get the puck or get shots on goal.
