Don't forget about January 1954. Chilliwack got 120cm in just six days with temps between -6C and -12C.

There was an ice storm which followed the snowstorm on Jan 20/21, 1935. Dropped over 50mm of ice over Metro Vancouver and well over 100mm of ice in the fraser valley.
