No ice storm please. Especially on Thursday. My parents are going into Vancouver for a concert. I don't want it getting cancelled.

Lol can't have it both ways man. Snow or ice storm either way travel won't be good.

Long range models show developing heights over the GOA by late month. February will deliver something good. Even if it's just a Mountain snow pattern.

Still 2 degrees warmer than yesterday. Temps didn't fall much yesterday as the upper atmosphere warmed. Dropping at 0.8 degrees per hour, a little too fast to sustain I think.

Long range models show developing heights over the GOA by late month. February will deliver something good. Even if it's just a Mountain snow pattern.

Feb and March are usually good for the mountains, but we are behind here, need to catchup.

On Grouse yesterday, I think if there wasn't snow management and snow making there would be limited success in skiing. A 2ft base doesn't work well on steep runs, mind you there isn't much of anything steep on the local mountains.

I'm leaning toward an ice storm or rain. My gut feeling is we may see a pretty bad ice storm in the valley, which wouldn't be good.

Major snowstorm on the GFS. It shows 28 hours continuous snow.

I think we should all thank storm if this happens he’s been on this!!
