I’m sorry Hound, but this is a ridiculous statement in that tweet. First, there are 200 strains of the common cold. Makes sense there isn’t a vaccine. HIV has essentially been functionally cured through drug cocktails and there may very well be a vaccine for cancer in the future as they progress with immunotherapy research into treating cancer.

Listen, I don’t care what anyone thinks of the vaccine. Get it, don’t get it. Your choice. But, arguments like the above in the tweet are complete horseshit.

This is exactly how it should be in a liberal democracy.... not like what we saw for two years with restrictions on service access, movement, employment, or education.

I'm not saying to get, or not to get the shot, of course that is up to each individuals decision and I don't frown upon anyone going either way. I just feel the media generally has their own agenda and people blindly follow. Point is, always question everything, no matter what side it is on.

I’m not arguing the merits of mandates, but the comparison of the Covid vaccine to the lack of a common cold or HIV vaccine is complete horseshit. Anyone with a basic understanding of biology should see right through it.

I disagree, but we’ve had that discussion before. I’ll leave it there.

Well Katie Telford (Chief of Staff to Prime Minister Trudeau) is a former lobbyist for Pfizer, but of course, that had nothing to do with the government mandating a vaccine as the only solution to the pandemic, and continues to implore everyone to get more boosters long after it has been confirmed that it does nothing to stop the spread.

Well Glace we've seen different ppl go through different effects before during and after. I'm happy with my decision not to get 5 or 6 boosters. I've honestly never had any Covid or long haulers nor do l care to get it l'll just keep doing what l'm doing to avoid getting Covid thank you. :D

That's absolutely nuts Glace l heard something on the news this week that the Covid tests were designed to give a positive result more than a negative result. :o was that designed to get ppl to get boosters what a scam and no ones looking into this.

All I know is I only had 2 shots. After the second gave me side effect for a prolonged amount of time and has now screwed something up in my body because I have odd symptoms of things I never ever had previously. So I'm very suspicious of the vaccines.

Welp hard to believe the Covid-19 health emergency has ended for B.C. (Didn't know it was still in place) The remaining mandate lifted in B.C. as well for health care workers.
We made it forum friends only 2 shots for me with no Covid -19 at any point a minor cold back in January 2020 could have been it don't know. :shifty:
