Really feels like fall is here, but that is largely because I was in the most favoured zone for rain yesterday. It was mostly in a narrow band from the eastern Olympic Peninsula, through the San Juan and Gulf Islands, to the western zones of the Greater Vancouver area, and up Howe Sound.

Looks like Vancouver Harbour was the wettest reporting station in the province yesterday with 23.5 mm. 18.5 mm IMBY. Most stations got under 10 mm. Most interior stations got somewhere between a few mm and nothing at all. We are going to need a more widespread event to end fire season.

Northeast Coquitlam is typically the winner during rain events but recorded less than half of your total. 9.0mm.

But l ran into l dream of Jeannie who granted me one wish so l wished to be back at the pond in South Sardis. But l think it was either John’s or Slytys yard l don’t own crocodiles. In all seriousness my phone is in the repair shop so l couldn’t log in with my Sardine account l guess everything is linked to your cell number it goes to show you how dependent we are to our cells l couldn’t even access my banking with this temporary number.
So l created this temp account till l get my cell back l tried logging in but it wouldn’t let me.
Glad to be back did l miss much. actually we got ripped off l only saw a few flashes on Sunday night over the Fraser in North Chilliwack.

Last time I was in Chicago in August, dew point was around 20ËšC. Temperature was around 25. People were talking about how cool and dry it was.

Just checked and it's currently 27C with a dew point of 26C in Orlando. That works out to a relative humidity of 94%, which gives us a humidex value of 40C. Keep in mind, it's 2:03 AM there right now. Without A/C, I doubt anybody is getting any sleep.
