That could be true. But it's still outrageous and very selfish. Let the firefighters do their job. Stealing their equipment for any reason is unacceptable. :x :x :x

I wonder when the last time BC was burning and California was getting a biblical deluge at the same time.

AbbyJr wrote: Sun Aug 20, 2023 7:53 pm That was my first thought too. To be fair, the article did say the equipment was either stolen or moved. Perhaps it was innocently moved without any malicious purpose? One can only hope although regardless, it shouldn't be moved without proper communication.
Slip-ups in communication basically come with the territory when disasters are involved. Not saying that definitely is the cause, mind you, only that it certainly cannot be ruled out.
It's called clown range for a reason.

Sunset will be just before 8PM in 8 days. We're rapidly losing daylight and we're 1 month away from the Autumn equinox. Fall is coming.

I saw Christmas lights, Fall decor and products with the word Halloween on it in Walmart two nights ago.

Can we just make christmas a 12 month thing at this point? Actually, can we just say every day is all the holidays and all the awareness days?
