I may be in the minority regarding low-land snow this early into the winter season but at this point I just want moisture in the PNW. We need lots and lots of rain or snow in the lowlands to build the snow pack in the mountains, and I'm talking East and North of Kelowna. All my focus is, is on skiing.

I was talking to someone at Big White and they're literally scraping the parking lots for snow, trucking it up the mountain and dumping it all so they can open three runs this weekend. It's really bad.

Seems to be that our ski seasons are now Jan-April. Nov/Dec has been a Sh*tty period the past decade.

December 2010, 2012 and 2015 were all quite good for the mountains.
