Phili won the cup in their 7th and 8th years in the league... although, far fewer teams back then. Still, they beat some really good teams, namely Bobby Orr and the Boston Bruins in peak stride. Which is honestly fantastic news. They signed depth players to reasonable deals. What an absolute breath of fresh air and relief. They still kind of suck but at least they didn't handcuff themselves worse for the future.

Yes they did Kells they addressed some needs which should help so they won't be 0-10 to start for a third straight year. l'm thinking the Lamers will take a big step back their team has really lost quality players this last year.
