"Juneuary" looking less and less likely each passing day. No end in sight to this. 2015 all over again so I hope we get an early start to the Fall rains like we did in 2015 saving us from an epic drought that year. Remember there was literally no snowpack that year! Crazy water restrictions that year. 814temp.new-3.gif

Big difference is we had an average/slightly above snowpack this spring whereas spring 2015 was at or near record lows.

There's a new station in Pitt Meadows (since April 25). Much colder for Tmin, slightly cooler for Tmax (but more accurate).

Indeed say goodbye to breathing clean oxygen for probably 3-4 weeks this summer. The table is set for an absolute inferno up and down the west coast so wind direction might not even save us.

Flashback remember early June/21 how some of us chuckled at the 40c+ that was being spit out l'm not chuckling this year.
2 years removed and another major heat dome possibly this is absolutely insane if it happens l can't believe this.
