B.C. milk in my cereal and recipes half/half in my coffee no issues for me thankfully.

The immune system overreacts and the immune system begins to produce chemicals including histamine to fight against the pollen. Hence the watery eyes etc.
Yeah, it didn't help me either. Luckily a combination of Reactine, nasal spray and eye drops keeps my symptoms pretty much under control.

My husband works outdoors in Hope right now and it was a massive shock to his system to go from 8C to 28C in three days. He walked in the door looking ROUGH and immediately conked out on the couch.

I, on the other hand LOVED today. It was like sun-shiny antidepressants were falling from the sky. I'm sad it's going to end after tomorrow but if we could just go to normal weather for this time of year and not take a time machine back to February, that would be great. :?

That's why people get sick when temperatures drastically change back and forth like that. It's one thing for the temperature to drop from 25 to 10c but another thing when it's the other way around.
