Best of luck with the stones. They are never fun to deal with, unless you’re superman.Leighbugs wrote: ↑Sun Nov 24, 2019 11:05 am Oh my you guys are so sweet. I can't even reply individually to all your posts as there are so many! (happy tears.) Seriously, your prayers and well-wishes have me all emotional. Thank you for caring.
I won't clog up the forum and tell my whole tale of woe but I'll just sum up that ever since September I have been dealing with nonstop kidney issues from my congenital kidney disease. This includes near constant kidney stones. I've already numerous tests, doctor's appointments and surgery and it looks like more is going to be required. All of this excruciating pain has taken a toll on me mentally and I've been battling depression, which resulted in me losing interest in weather and everything else in life.
To come on here and be told I am missed and like family...wow. It means more than you know. Depression can be a liar and yes, it even got me believing that perhaps my weather buddies have forgotten about me or are mad that I haven't been on here much, helping with moderating (even though this group of people is so amazing that barely any moderating has to be done. )
Anyway, I can't tell you how much your supportive messages have lifted my spirits this morning. I hope to participate more on here again. I miss all of you and the forum. I just need to get my happiness back. That will come in time, I'm sure.
Some snow would DEFINITELY help my mood! If I am going to be spending so much time in bed, I want to be watching snow flakes falling out my window!
This got wayyyy long. Sorry about that.
Thanks again, everyone. You've put a smile on my face today. It means the world.

Re: November 2019 Forecasts and Discussions
The time to watch will be Monday night into Tuesday morning until about noon. I think most areas will see some flurries.
It get's a bit more interesting after a short dry spell and the air chills significantly setting up conditions to be more favourable with the next system that may or may not be a surprise low.

18z GFS still showing some moisture hanging around on Tuesday morning. Wet flurries definitely a possibility for some.WeatherPro wrote: ↑Sun Nov 24, 2019 1:46 pm The time to watch will be Monday night into Tuesday morning until about noon. I think most areas will see some flurries.

Gusts to ~60-70km/h on Wednesday morning wouldn't surprise me.

Re: November 2019 Forecasts and Discussions
Odd that such a potent low is diving south instead of north. Not very common to see it play out this way.

Re: November 2019 Forecasts and Discussions
If we had a few more days and the northward trend continued we may have received a few flurries out of it?

Re: November 2019 Forecasts and Discussions
Unstable onshore flow...at least the mountains will get something out of this. I'm liking the instability..maybe we will get something unexpected in the next day or two butties
